Rhino DTF – Terms of Service
1. Custom Nature of Products: All gang sheets and DTF transfers are custom-made to order. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.
2. Artwork Quality: The customer is responsible for the quality of the uploaded artwork. Rhino DTF does not edit or “fix” artwork. Images should be 300 DPI with a transparent background. We are not responsible for pixelated or low-quality prints resulting from low-resolution files.
3. Copyright:
By submitting an order to Rhino DTF Transfers, the Customer represents and warrants that they own the rights to, or have obtained all necessary licenses/permissions for, any and all artwork, logos, and designs provided for printing.
Customer Responsibility: The Customer acknowledges that Rhino DTF Transfers acts solely as a printing service provider and does not pre-screen or vet artwork for copyright or trademark infringements. All orders are printed at the Customer’s sole risk.
Indemnification: The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rhino DTF Transfers from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from any third-party claim of intellectual property infringement related to the Customer’s provided files.
4. Shipping & Turnaround: While we strive for24 hour processing, shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Rhino DTF.
